- Click on the Start menu and choose the “Settings” option. This looks like a cog wheel, and it is where you will access all of the major settings on your laptop.
- In the search bar, type “reset.”
- From there, choose the “Reset this PC” option once the results have popped up.

- Open the printer`s web page and Sign in as Administrator.
- On the General tab select Reset Factory Settings in the menu.
- In the section Reset Firmware select Reset.
- Select Reset. The printer will now restart.
- Set printer`s date and time correctly.
