Recommended action. Turn the printer off, wait 15 seconds and turn the printer back on (using the power switch located on the back of the printer). The error code should not appear again.

Run Diagnose & Fix
Open the HP Smart app, and then open Diagnose & Fix. Windows: Click the Diagnose & Fix icon in the bottom left corner. macOS: Click your printer, click Printers in the top menu bar, and then click Diagnose & Fix.
The error is caused by cartridge not supplying enough ink to the printhead. Step 1: Make sure the cartridge can supply enough ink to the printhead. Refill the cartridge to full.
The error code 0xc0000001 indicates system files are corrupted. Possibly this can be fixed by entering windows SAFE mode and running the system file checker. Post back if F8 does not work or you cannot get into safe mode.
An Er/01 error message indicates the input tray is empty. To resolve the error, make sure paper is correctly loaded in the input tray. Lift the dust cover. Slide the paper width and paper length guides to their outermost positions.
