On the printer control panel, press the OK button to display the Home screen. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to Setup, and then press the OK button again. Use the arrow buttons and the OK button to navigate to and open the Reports menu, and then select the Printer configuration Report.
From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe right to navigate, and then touch Reports. From the Reports menu, touch Configuration/Status Pages. Select the Configuration Page item, and then touch the Print button to print the Configuration pages.

Right-click Start , then select Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners. Find the printer, select it, then select Remove. After removing your printer, add it back by selecting Add device. Wait for your device to find nearby printers, choose the one you want, then select Add device.
Connect the printer to the computer either using a USB cable, parallel port cable, or SCSI cable and then connect the power plug to a power outlet. After connecting the printer to the computer, it can be turned on using the power button on the front of the printer.
On the printer control panel, press the OK button to display the Home screen. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to and open the following menus: Setup → Network Setup → General Settings. On the General Settings menu, select Show the IP Address, and then select Yes to display the printer`s IP address or host name.
In Windows go to `Control Panel` -> `Devices and Printers` Right click on the printer and select `Printer Properties` Go to the `Tools` tab and click on the `Configure` drop-down menu then select `Configure Printer`
On the printer control panel, press the OK button. Open the Reports menu. Select Configuration Report. If the printer is connected to a network, find the IP address on the Jetdirect page.

ANSWER : I don’t know what you mean by good toner cartridges. They haven’t been built in about 10 years, so if they are new OEMs in the box, they are guaranteed to fail. The 50 error on that printer is mostly a burned out fuser lamp. This site was sold, so as you can see, there are no more kits available.
