Right-click your product, and then select Printing Preferences. From the Printing Preferences menu, select Paper/Quality. From the Paper Source drop-down menu, select Tray 2. From the Paper Size drop-down menu, select the appropriate paper size for the print job.
Dust, paper fiber, and other debris might accumulate on the paper feed rollers and cause paper jams and paper feed issues. Clean the rollers inside the printer, and then try to print again.
Improve printer performance by selecting the optimum paper type for the tray. You can select from the following paper types: Tray 1. [Thin Paper], [Thick Paper 1], [Thick Paper 2], [Plain Paper], [Recycled Paper], [Color Paper], [Preprinted], [Prepunched], [Letterhead], [Bond Paper], [Cardstock], [Label Paper]
just GOTO settings > printer properties of your printer > preferences>paper quality >change the paper to A4 size . and restart the printer.
Sometimes paper can get stuck behind the tray and get stuck in the sensors and arms that detect paper size and detection. You can remove the tray completely from the machine and look at the feed unit and rollers and make sure there is no obstruction or paper stuck.
A piece of paper stuck in the paper tray or inside the printer can create a paper jam. Paper jams can occur for a variety of reasons, such as overloading the paper tray, loading different thicknesses of paper in the tray, or using paper that isn`t appropriate for your particular printer.
Frequent paper jams most often result from improper use. Make sure to load the paper correctly and use the right paper size as well as the correct toner or ink cartridges for your printer.
Step one: Perform a power reset

With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 15 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

A paper jam is when paper or other printed material gets stuck or lodged in a printer and cannot eject.

Paper Jam error but no paper jam
ANSWER : Obviously you didn’t get all the paper cleared out. There is a small scrap in the paper path causing the jam when the paper hits it. You can try clearing it out by inserting something stiff like a piece of file folder from the back of the printer into the paper path and pushing the offending piece out that way.
