Error code 41 usually occurs whenever users attempt to print a document or picture and usually occurs when certain changes are made to Windows. For example, users might have installed the wrong drivers, or the responsible service is not running.
41.3 Paper Size Error. HP`s User Guide for the P4014, P4015 and P4515 printer series says: This is typically caused if two or more sheets stick together in the product or if the tray is not properly adjusted . Reload the tray with the correct paper size.
The paper might not be engaged with the feed rollers. The paper-width guide is pressed against the paper stack too tightly. The paper tray is not completely inserted into the product. The paper settings in the print driver do not match the paper loaded in the paper tray.
If you are seeing the 41.3 error on a LaserJet 4, 4Plus, or 5 series printer, and you find a blank sheet of paper in the path, your printer is probably having a failure with the solenoid on the paper feed assembly. This is becoming a common issue as these printers get older.
In some cases the reason for error code 41.7 is that the rollers grabbing fresh paper are not sticky enough any more. In this case I used spray for climbing skins (e.g. colltex) to make them stickier again, and the problem was resolved.
Check printer configuration
Incorrect configuration of printer related settings can also cause “Printer not activated, error code 41”. This problem is also known to come up if the selected printer is not set as the default printer to carry out the printing tasks.
To cancel or delete stuck print jobs, open the Services application and stop the “Print Spooler” service. Navigate to %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS, delete all the temporary files there, and then start the Print Spooler service again.
Check the paper rollers and clean any particles of dust or dirt if you continue getting error messages indicating there is no paper in the printer. Make sure the stack of papers isn`t crumpled or bowed. Remove the stack of papers and replace the tray. Replace the paper and take it out again.
Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn`t work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.
63.00. 41 There is an error in the toner supplied to the black developer. HP LaserJet Black Developer Unit: 8JM70-67001 (E783xx series) or JC96-11666A (E778xx series}. If the firmware bundle installed on the printer is lower than 4.6.
Explanation: The server did not receive any information from the client for too long a period of time.
The warning “The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first” is associated with the event 41 kernel power, which indicates that something unexpected occurred that prevented Windows from going off properly. The system could experience this error if it abruptly crashed, stopped responding, or lost power.
During a print job, the printer stops feeding pages, an E4 error displays and the Resume light blinks. This indicates that paper might be jammed inside the printer. Note: Paper jams can be real or false.
The error you are getting suggests you were trying to print from the manual tray (tray 1). You need to examine the rollers for tray 1 and clean with a damp, lint free cloth and then dry. DO NOT use any chemicals, only water to dampen the cloth.
Here`s a bit more detail for anyone who sees an Error 41 message from the Form 2: Error 41 indicates an error reading the galvanometers, based on the printer`s hardware and firmware version. To resolve an Error Code 41 message, update the Form 2`s firmware. Install the lastest version of PreForm.
Normally a 30.01 error is a paper jam in the document feeder. Id check the ADF sensors and look for anything that could be causing a false alarm by the printer. and here: /t5/Multifunction-and-All-in-One/HP-CLJ-CM4730-MFP-30-01-34-scanner-failure/td-p/5963917#.
23 or 30.03. 45 Scanner Errors. The resolution for either error is to, if preferred to send a firmware update, then replace the flatbed scanner assembly. It has been found that it is in most cases the internal lamp that has failed, but is not available through HP as a replaceable part.
A 49 error typically occurs when the printer attempts to perform an action that the firmware is not capable of performing or might not be designed to handle, for example: Printing files that include unsupported printer commands. Interfacing with a third-party solution that was not designed to work with the printer.
Paper tears and holes can be fixed using archival paper tape or a Japanese paper patch pasted on with wheat starch. Waves and buckles can be ironed out or removed by sticking the drawing paper to an acid-free, self-adhesive board.
During a print job, the printer stops feeding pages, and a Paper Jam error message displays on the printer control panel. This indicates that paper might be jammed inside the printer. note: Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper.
If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
A mistake in anything that`s printed is a misprint. You might also call it a typographical error or typo. Misprints are an embarrassment for the publisher, since they`re evidence of a hasty printing job or a lack of careful proofreading.
Slide the paper all the way into the printer. The leading edge of the paper will stop at the Paper Drive Roller. Locate the Paper Sensor/OOPs sensor on the right side of the paper path. It can be seen from the top of the printer with the Top Cover open and has red, black, and blue wires attached to it.
