Press your printer`s Setup button. Go to System Setup. Choose Print Quality and then Calibrate Color. Choose Calibrate Now and press OK.
Please check if the `Print in Grayscale` option is enabled. On your computer, search Windows for Devices and Printers. Right-click your printer, and then select Printing Preferences from the drop-down list. Select your printer again, and then click the Paper/Quality or Features tab, depending on your software.

RGB is used in electronic devices, like computer monitors, while printing uses CMYK. When RGB is converted to CMYK, colors can look muted. Designers were often disappointed when their printed piece looked different than what they had been seeing on screen.
HP EasyColor scans documents and automatically adjusts photographic images in . JPEG or . PNG format. Rather than dividing an image into several pieces, HP EasyColor technology enhances the entire image at one time, which results in improved color consistency, sharper details, and faster printing.
First, check your printer settings on the file or picture your trying to print. If your page is setup to print in “grayscale” it will only print in black and white. Change the setting to “default” so it will print in color. If your settings look good from the start, the cartridge may just need to be primed.
Make sure the Black/Grayscale or Grayscale setting is not selected in your printer software. Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. The ink levels may be low and you may need to refill the ink.
The reason printing uses CMYK comes down to an explanation of the colors themselves. CMY will cover most lighter color ranges quite easily, compared to using RGB. However, CMY by itself can`t create very deep dark colors like “true black,” so black (designated “K” for “key color”) is added.
Click the Properties button. The Properties dialog box opens. Check the options on the property tabs to make sure that the appropriate color options are selected. If there is a checkmark in the box by Print in Grayscale, click in the box to remove the checkmark, and then click OK.
Click Start, go to Devices and Printers, right-click on the icon for your printer and select “Printing preferences.” There should be a “Color” tab. Look at that and make sure that “Print in Grayscale” is not selected. Click OK. The figure below is from a different HP printer, buy yours should be similar.
