Print a Self Test/Device Configuration page in Windows

The Printer Preferences window displays. Click the Services tab, and then select Config Page from the Print Information Pages drop-down menu. Click Print. The Self Test/Device Configuration Page prints.

An Er/03 error message indicates the printer failed to pick a sheet of paper to print. Remove the stack of paper from the tray and check the condition of the paper. Reload the paper, and then try to print, copy or scan.
The E3 error code indicates the unit has detected there is no refrigerant. The unit will require a repair service for refrigerant to be added, please visit Request a Repair page for further assistance.
That error code translates to a tray 2 feed where the paper was detected as too long or too short. As tray 1 prints fine, you can rule out any sensor in the path that the manual feed takes.
This error indicates a RAM failure. The specific memory is internal memory not one of the dimm slots. You can try removing any additional memory first to see if the device will boot but likely this is a failure of the formatter and you would need to replace the formatter.
Run Diagnose & Fix

Open the HP Smart app, and then open Diagnose & Fix. Windows: Click the Diagnose & Fix icon in the bottom left corner. macOS: Click your printer, click Printers in the top menu bar, and then click Diagnose & Fix.

On the Start menu, click on Settings. Select Devices > Printers & Scanners. Select your printer, and then click on the Manage button. On the left hand side, click Print Test Page.
Printing a test page helps you make sure that you don`t waste ink on your printer`s cleaning function. It also prevents damage from happening to more important papers you may need. When testing a page, print an image that uses a lot of color.
Doing a printer test page will uncover and pinpoint possible causes as to why the device stopped printing. It can identify a clogged printhead and alignment problem and help match color replication as well. By identifying an issue through this test, you can resolve the problem faster, preventing it from becoming worse.
Check for obstructions in the carriage path

Open the cartridge access door to get to the carriage inside the printer. Make sure the carriage is not obstructed by gently sliding the carriage side to side. Look for and remove any obstructions in the carriage path, such as crumpled paper or dislodged labels.

E3 indicates a combined water outlet temperature sensor error. E4 indicates a water outlet temperature sensor error.
Cause 3 No route to destination – This cause indicates that the called party cannot be reached because the network through which the call has been routed does not serve the destination desired.
Toner cartridge sensor error.
When a 31.13. 13 error appears on the control panel, it indicates that there is a jam in the document feeder because the feeder cover is open. Open then close the document feeder cover. If issue remains, open the document feeder cover.
System Error 03:10 – Technical Support

Normally this error code can only be resolved by replacing the Power Supply Unit. Often the error occurs at the same time as a loud mechanical noise coming from the power supply unit. This means the bearings in the cooling fan have failed and the power supply has in-turn failed.

63.00. 41 There is an error in the toner supplied to the black developer. HP LaserJet Black Developer Unit: 8JM70-67001 (E783xx series) or JC96-11666A (E778xx series}. If the firmware bundle installed on the printer is lower than 4.6.
Some of the most common printer problems that most of us have experienced include paper jamming, slow printing, uneven printing, and wrong colour output. If you use your printer frequently, we know how annoying it can be to have persisting problems with the printer.
If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
The error message indicates that the printer is either turned off, not properly connected to your computer or missing an internet connection. Another possible reason for the general error state is that your HP printer is running low on paper or ink.
The printer is either low in toner, the density is set too low, or the Economode may be turned on. Remove the toner cartridge and shake it. This will redistribute the toner and often will temporarily solve the problem. However, this usually indicates it is time to install a new cartridge.
Before printing presses, when all books were written by hand, it took a very long time to make books, meaning they were rare and thus expensive. The printing press was so much faster than copying by hand that it began the process of making books and other printed materials more common and more affordable.
Check that the correct paper is properly loaded into the printer and is not jammed. Replacing damaged cables, plugging in loose or disconnected cables, and fixing paper jams as necessary may resolve the issue.
Select your printer then press “Manage” Select “Printing Preferences” Click on the “Maintenance” tab on the far right. From there you should be able to see ink levels for your selected printer.
Print a cleaning page to remove dust and excess toner from the paper path if you are having any of the following problems: ● Specks of toner are on the printed pages.
