Make sure your devices are properly connected with each other, and the network or the cable you use to connect these devices is normal. You can also try restarting your HP printer. Reasons why your HP printer has ink but won`t print
This may seem obvious, but it sometimes happens: first make sure your paper tray has paper in it. Misalignment, clogged printheads, faulty data communication or insufficient ink levels can also be sources of the problem.
Among the more common technical issues that may bring down a printer are disconnected cables, malfunctioning routers, and low ink levels. Moreover, software problems such as interrupted connections or incorrect settings in your system`s drivers can also cause your printer to show up as offline.
1: Check Printer Power, Cables, and Paper
Check that the correct paper is properly loaded into the printer and is not jammed. Replacing damaged cables, plugging in loose or disconnected cables, and fixing paper jams as necessary may resolve the issue.
Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn`t work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.
There`s a chance that the printhead hasn`t been installed properly or has been clogged with dried ink or debris. If this is the case, then cleaning your printhead may resolve the HP ink system error.

Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Scroll down to Related Settings and select Print server properties. Select the Drivers tab, and see if your printer is listed. If it is, you`re all set.
Incorrectly installed ink cartridges or low ink levels can result in poor print quality or errors. Check ink levels. From the printer control panel: Look for an ink drop, a cartridge icon, or an Ink Levels menu.

Restore factory settings
To restore the product to the factory-default settings, follow these steps. Turn the product off. Disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect. Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds.
If you try to use the printer after it has been out of use for a long time, it may not print properly even if head cleaning is carried out several times. If this is the case, carry out head flushing. If the print heads are still clogged, leave the printer for about ten minutes, and then print the nozzle check pattern.
The reset key is a single use key and once used cannot be used again. All EPSON printers have inbuilt counters that count up the number of pages a printer produces, the number of head cleans executed and various other attributes. Once a critical level is reached the printer will enter its service mode.
Reset. Resetting the printer stops printing and clears the current print job received from the active interface. You may want to reset the printer when there is a problem with the print job itself and the printer cannot print successfully.
A supply memory error happens when the metal contacts / chip on an HP toner cartridge doesn`t correctly connect with the corresponding contacts inside the printer. The printer cannot detect the toner cartridge and displays the `Supply Memory Error` message on the printer display panel.
Verify the ink cartridge(s) is inserted properly. Some cartridges snap in place, and if they are not inserted fully, the printer won`t print anything. If a lever is moved from its original position to allow for installation of ink cartridges, ensure it is returned to its original position.
Ink has run out. (The lamp on the ink tank flashes.) If printing is in progress, stop printing, replace the ink tank, and then print again. Printing under the current condition may damage the printer.
Ink in a cartridge is low. You can continue printing, or check which cartridge is low and replace it. An ink cartridge is expended or not installed correctly. Replace or reinstall the cartridge.
Restart your printer by turning it off, waiting 10 seconds, and disconnecting the power cord from your printer. Then, turn off your computer. Connect the printer power cord to the printer and turn the printer back on.
With the AC adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds. Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer.
Remove the toner cartridge and gently wipe to remove any dust or toner underneath with a dry cloth. If you notice excess toner inside the print device, it may be possible to remove it using a vacuum that is specifically designed to capture fine dust particles like toner powder. These vacuums can be costly, however.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor on your Windows computer to help diagnose and fix printing and scanning issues. Make sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor, and then follow the prompts to install and open the tool.
You`ll know fairly quickly if your printhead is causing you problems. If your PC or the LCD screen on your printer is telling you that your ink cartridges are full but no ink is passing through to the paper, then it`s most likely that you are dealing with a clogged printhead.
