The 59. F0 has been a common error code on the HP CLJ M452 and M377 / M477 MFP models. The printers service manual references this error to a “drum motor assembly” but in most cases has been resolved by replacing the Transfer Belt assembly (RM2-6454).
This error is a motor error. The C0 probably refers to the alienation motor. Replacing the alienation motor may resolve your issue. If not maybe there is a damage in your main gear assembly.

The only permanent solution to the 0x0000011B error is to install the latest Windows Update which fixes the issue. For now, you can try uninstalling the update or disabling the problematic security feature from the Registry. Other workarounds include installing the printer manually.

The 59. F0 error is typically the result of a small sensor switch inside the ITB (Intermediate Transfer Belt) assembly that is not working correctly. It will have variable amounts of resistance as it is activated during the course of operation and causes the error.
Apparently, a bad toner cartridge can cause error 59.00. 30, but replacing the toner combined with: removing the fuser and putting some oil on the axis at each end (and turning the gear several revolutions), cleaning the paper path and rollers solved the problem.
Usually, for 59. F0, it is recommended to try resetting the toner and the fuser assembly. Reset the printer using the power switch, turn off the printer for a few minutes. Turn on the printer and wait for the HP colour jet printer to revitalise.
Check for
excessive wear on gears in Main Drive Assembly An issue was identified with the material in one of the gears in the Main Drive Assembly for some of the early production units. This issue would cause excessive wear on the gear that eventually results in a 59.0C/59.00. C0 error.
For a 59. F0 error, generally we recommend you try reseating the transfer belt assembly a couple times, also try reseating the toner and the fuser assembly. If you have spares of any of these parts you can install them to help eliminate culprits. The problem can be a failing Transfer Belt Assembly.
Just above the circuit board on most printer cartridges, you`ll find a small button. You`ve seen these tiny buttons before on cell phones, phone chargers, etc. This is your reset button, and the only way to get in there is either with a paper clip or the tip of a pen (which will leave a tiny ink smudge on the button).
