For 951 specifically, the standard yield cartridges will print up to 700 pages and the 951XL cartridges will print up to 1,500 pages.
Is the HP 952 interchangeable with HP 950? No, they are not. The HP 950 has a different chip than the HP 952 so it won`t work with the same printers.
Printing on 5% = 480 pages (the official page yield). Printing on 10% = 240 pages. Printing on 20% = 120 pages. Printing on 40% = 60 pages.

The HP 951XL is a high yield cartridge which contains more ink than a standard HP 950 and prints 1,500 pages. The HP 951 and 951XL have the same dimensions and fit in the same color slot in OfficeJet printers.
The only difference between the 950XL and the 950 is that the 950XL is a high yield cartridge which means it contains more ink than a standard 950. Apart from that, you can use the 950XL to replace the 950 and vice versa. The XL can fit in the same slot as the 950 in your printer.
