This error is specifically related to the fuser drive motor itself. The manual states that it`s a “fuser motor start up error“.

Typically a 59. xx error message is due to a temporary printing error occurred and requires you to cycle power on the printer. The 59 error is associated with a main motor failure. There are a couple parts you need to look at listed below.

The 60.02 error indicates a possible fault with the paper tray lifter motor (RM1-1750).

59.10 is a main drive error, which could be a bound up fuser. 51.10 is a laser error, which could be a bad laser unit. Which error do you have? If the printer can print an engine test, then you may have a bad formatter.

The HP printer error 59. F0 may be caused due to the failure in transfer alienation. Transfer alienation is a situation in which the Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) gets stuck and does not fully rotate.

If you are seeing a “50.1 Fuser Error” on your HP LaserJet 5000 or 5100 series printer, you probably need to replace the fuser. Fusers are a consumable part and are sold as part of a maintenance kit; it is expected over the life of the printer you will replace the fuser several times.

Most printers will stop working when they`re out of paper, ink or toner, or if the unit detects an issue with the ink or toner cartridge. When this occurs, you might receive an error message or notice blinking green or amber lights on your printer.

The 41.2 error in the LaserJet 5Si, 8000, 8100 and 8150 is typically caused by high voltage arcing that disrupts the beam detect circuit. The most common cause of arcing is a bad connection to the transfer roller. Other possibilities are discussed at the end of the article.

A supply memory error happens when the metal contacts / chip on an HP toner cartridge doesn`t correctly connect with the corresponding contacts inside the printer. The printer cannot detect the toner cartridge and displays the `Supply Memory Error` message on the printer display panel.

That error is an ETB Motor startup problem. The ETB Motor is part of the ETB assembly, which is the thing you reseated. So it is possible that replacing the ETB will resolve the issue. If my answer solves your problem please mark it as a solution by clicking the button under the post.

The 59.05 errors are related to main motor and toner cartridge. In many cases the drum unit in the cartridge does not rotate and replacing the defective cartridge will resolve the error.

Apparently, a bad toner cartridge can cause error 59.00. 30, but replacing the toner combined with: removing the fuser and putting some oil on the axis at each end (and turning the gear several revolutions), cleaning the paper path and rollers solved the problem.

This is usually a fuser motor problem. First with the power off remove the fuser and see if you can turn the gear to move the main roller. If it does not move or is siezed it is possible the fuser hot roller and melted onto the pressure roller preventing the fuser rollers from turning.

Recommended action. Turn the printer off, wait 15 seconds and turn the printer back on (using the power switch located on the back of the printer). The error code should not appear again.

Take out the ITB (Intermediate Transfer Belt) and check it for any damage. Re-install it back in the printer and try again. If the error persists, then the printer must be serviced. Something is faulty (ITB motor, ITB) or hinders the smooth rotation of the ITB.
