A 49 error typically occurs when the printer attempts to perform an action that the firmware is not capable of performing or might not be designed to handle, for example: Printing files that include unsupported printer commands. 1: Check Printer Power, Cables, and Paper
Check that the correct paper is properly loaded into the printer and is not jammed. Replacing damaged cables, plugging in loose or disconnected cables, and fixing paper jams as necessary may resolve the issue.
Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn`t work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.

A 59.00. B0 Cleaning motor error is displayed on the control panel when there is a problem with the cleaning motor. The motor might be stalled due to the toner collection unit (TCU) being full, the waste toner chute is clogged, or the cleaning motor is stalled.
