If print jobs continue to get stuck when printing, reset the printing software system files by removing and reinstalling the print driver. If your printer connects to the computer with a USB cable, disconnect the USB cable from the printer. In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
Print jobs get stuck in the queue when a device stops printing in the middle of a job. This can happen for a variety of reasons, from a sudden power outage, low ink, no paper, a paper jam to interference by third-party firewall software.
The Print Spooler is software built into the Windows operating system that temporarily stores print jobs in the computer`s memory until the printer is ready to print them. In some circumstances you may need to stop and/or restart the service.
Hold down the Windows Key and press “R” to bring up the Rundialog. Type %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\, then press “Enter“. Select all of the files by holding “CTRL” and pressing “A“. Press the “Delete” key to delete all of the files.
There are multiple reasons why a print job is not coming out of your printer. The most typical one is a printer queue issue. Typically, when the device gets switched off or disconnected while it`s printing a document, the print job gets corrupted and stuck in the queue.
Sometimes Print Spooler service can keep stopping because of Print Spooler files – too many, pending, or corrupt files. Deleting your print spooler files can clear pending print jobs, or the too many files or solve the corrupt files to resolve the problem.

ANSWER : hi everyone. i have an hp ink advantage 5525 all-in-one. changed all cartridges as they were empty and when i tried to print i got blank pages. i gave a print order a couple times to find out what was going on and found out that yellow and magenta inks worked but not cyan and black. removed cartridges, clean and all many times and nothing happened. then i tried this youtu.be/f57jOGj-G5s and the print quality of magenta and yellow improved significantly but still no black or cyan at all. i can’t do the running water thing because the print head is not detachable. any suggestions?

My 2550n Color LaserJet does not want to print in color
ANSWER : That model had issues with the carousel solenoid sticking. That might explain why it works after you let it sit for 10 minutes. The solenoid gets hotter with use which causes the deteriorated foam on it to become sticky and hold down the release plate instead of letting it go. This allows the carousel to spin when it is supposed to stop for each color. The solenoid is located on the right side of the printer. If you open the lid, it is just behind the opening at the top right. You need to remove the top of the printer and scrape off the goo on top of the solenoid body. I put a piece of thin sticky backed felt to replace it. Other people use electrical tape.

Reset HP Color Laserjet 4700 transfer kit
ANSWER : How about the situation when resistor does not reset the transfer belt count and even new transfer belt out of the box is not doing it. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem? I did reset transfer belts and fusing units on several HL 4700 printers with no problem but also I came across few which were not possible to reset even with oryginal parts.

ANSWER : I just ran into one of these on a 4 year old m551. Failed to complete startup at the end of disk check. Followed the above link for troubleshooting.

hp deskjet 960c printing problem
ANSWER : RE: HP 960c printer. I have new cartridges and the test page prints out full color. When printing a color document the page prints in black & white. Why not color? The print page is on color not black & white.
