First, stir in one spoonful, then test the ink to see if it still bleeds. If it does, add another spoonful. Test again, and continue to add gum arabic until the ink no longer bleeds.

So you don`t have to get rid of them, although some people choose to for cosmetic reasons. Some dark spots, such as ones cause by acne, may fade on their own over time. Others can be faded or removed completes with topical treatments, but these may require several months of use.

ANSWER : I would suspect the fixing film has wear. You can prove the theory by doing a half-stop test. This stops the print before it enters the fixing film assembly. Load paper in the drop down MF tray in the front. Send a print job and when the tail end starts to enter, open the cartridge lid on top to stop it. Then remove the toner cartridge and look at the paper. If you see the marks, it is from the toner cartridge. If you don’t, it would be coming from the fixing film since the paper hasn’t entered it.
