I have added paper and check the paper size and amber light still flashes. Once the paper tray is back in it sound like it is going to print but the paper is not pulling. Can someone make a subjection on what the problem might be.

The light bar glows amber when there is a printing error. Look at the other lights on the printer to find and resolve the error you are experiencing.
