I have remove and check nothing wrong. I am using a hp black cartridge
Experienced technical support provide their insights in answering this question :
You can try cleaning the contacts on the back of the cartridge and the ones that they contact in the printer. Other than that, you have to replace the cartridge. I once had one that did the same thing. I swapped the cartridge with another printer of the same model and both printers worked fine. I swapped them back and the original printer got the same error. The other printer had no problem with either cartridge. I swapped them back and left them that way.
How to Identify and Fix Common printer Problems ?
Our sources include academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays from experienced technical support :
Why does my HP printer keep saying cartridge problem? Please check and wipe the cartridge contacts. The common cause of the cartridge problem message is the gold contacts found on an electronic chip on the body of the HP cartridge being cloaked with dirt or ink or even because of physical damage.
Power off the printer and unplug its power cord from the wall– wait 10-15 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. Insert the next incompatible ink cartridge, one at a time. Make sure to insert the incompatible ink cartridges, one at a time, first.
Clean the Cartridge Contacts: one of the most common reasons you might get a cartridge problem error when your cartridges are new and full is the contacts on the cartridge might be dirty or otherwise obscured from making good contact with the electronics in the printer head carriage.
Just above the circuit board on most printer cartridges, you`ll find a small button. You`ve seen these tiny buttons before on cell phones, phone chargers, etc. This is your reset button, and the only way to get in there is either with a paper clip or the tip of a pen (which will leave a tiny ink smudge on the button).
Press the button on the chip-reset tool for several seconds until the LED light on the device goes off. Then, unlock the reset tool from the cartridge. Use the resetter with other cartridges and install them back into the corresponding slots in your printer. Voila!
Verify the ink cartridge(s) is inserted properly. Some cartridges snap in place, and if they are not inserted fully, the printer won`t print anything. If a lever is moved from its original position to allow for installation of ink cartridges, ensure it is returned to its original position.
Missing colours, streaky prints, smudges and ink blotches are all signs that your printer ink or toner cartridge may be damaged. Some printers will actually warn you if a cartridge is damaged and will refuse to print. This includes HP ink cartridges, Samsung toner cartridges and Canon ink cartridges.
This is typically caused by an incorrect selection made during the LCD prompting after a cartridge is replaced or the lock release lever did not snap securely over the ink cartridge when installing. Do the following to clear the message: If the LCD displays “No Cartridge”, click here to check how to clear the message.
You can continue to print with one or more empty cartridges, but HP recommends replacing them as soon as possible to avoid printhead damage.
This error message is usually the result of a cartridge that is not firmly seated in its designated slot. To troubleshoot the problem, begin by completely removing the cartridge from its port. Reinstall the cartridge by positioning it so that it snaps into place and is securely fastened in its slot.

remove error message
ANSWER : When you install a new transfer belt, it blows a fuse in the unit and resets the counter in the printer. All you have to do is buy a new fuse and put it in. The transfer belt is designed to go for close to 2 cycles, so don’t worry about it. It can’t damage the printer. Here’s a tutorial on replacing the fuse. http://tmtoner.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/61/35/how-to-reset-the-transfer-belt—bizhub-c203–bizhub-c253-bizhub-c353

ANSWER : There is a thin plastic arm that the paper pushes on. It is spring loaded. If it doesn’t return and unblock the sensor after the paper passes it, you get the paper jam warning. I’m guessing that is the spring you are referring to.
