This error code can appear for a few reason such as cable issues, firmware errors or hardware faults. You can try the reset processes as stated at the top of the page, then if the error code still displays update the firmware, also try using different printer cables.
An E1 or E2 error indicates the paper size setting does not match the paper size loaded in the input tray. Load the correct size paper or change the print settings, and then press the Cancel button . Go to HP Printers – Paper Mismatch error (Windows, Mac) for more information.
An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge. This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible. Reseat both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.
If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed. SUBSCRIBE RSS FEEDS.
Switch off and restart the printer.

Sometimes this is all that`s needed to solve this. If there are any jobs in the queue that can`t be shifted, a restart should flush these out. Now try and print. More often than not, this should resolve the problem.

Check for obstructions in the carriage path

Open the cartridge access door to get to the carriage inside the printer. Make sure the carriage is not obstructed by gently sliding the carriage side to side. Look for and remove any obstructions in the carriage path, such as crumpled paper or dislodged labels.

Run Diagnose & Fix

Open the HP Smart app, and then open Diagnose & Fix. Windows: Click the Diagnose & Fix icon in the bottom left corner. macOS: Click your printer, click Printers in the top menu bar, and then click Diagnose & Fix.

Any boiler showing the E1 fault code means that a significant pressure drop has occurred in the system. The fix is to repressurise your boiler. When your boiler is switched off, the pressure gauge should read around 1 Bar – in the green zone on the gauge.
An E2 error occurs when the printer attempts to print a single-page or multi-page print job, and the paper length selected in the print settings does not match the length of the loaded paper.
The only permanent solution to the 0x0000011B error is to install the latest Windows Update which fixes the issue. For now, you can try uninstalling the update or disabling the problematic security feature from the Registry. Other workarounds include installing the printer manually.
Error message “0x0000052e” indicates the following error: “Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.”
The Error 0xf1 occurred due to a printer jam when papers are stuck in the printer. First. Check your printer tray if there is any paper stuck in it. Then remove the paper and clean it with a blow dryer or small piece of cloth.
Make sure the main tray is loaded with paper that is free of defects ( creases, tears, etc.). This problem is related more often than when printing, the printer detects that it has no paper or a bad setting. Load the printer with plain, white paper: Raise the input tray.
The three main factors that influence the design of error messages are technical limitations, the amount of information to be presented, and what kind of user input is required.
HP Printer Error E4 means that the FINE cartridge in your printer device is not installed appropriately. To move out the cartridges, you will require to push the output tray back in before opening the cover.
An E5 error occurs when the printer experiences a scanning error. Turn the printer off and on again to resolve a scanning error. If you were not scanning when the error occurred, skip to the Service the printer section at the end of this document.
The error indicates a carriage jam issue. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 60 seconds.
Possible causes for this error include: Swing arms are not engaged. Lift motor or clutch failure. Dirty or defective encoder disk/sensor.
Chances are, this error code is caused by the scanner, a burned-out motor, or a burned-out lamp. The most likely cause, and the easiest to fix, is that the scanner cannot move. For an explanation of how to fix this as well as demonstrations, you can watch this video from my YouTube channel.

Error message reads remove and check right cartridge
ANSWER : You can try cleaning the contacts on the back of the cartridge and the ones that they contact in the printer. Other than that, you have to replace the cartridge. I once had one that did the same thing. I swapped the cartridge with another printer of the same model and both printers worked fine. I swapped them back and the original printer got the same error. The other printer had no problem with either cartridge. I swapped them back and left them that way.

Error Code 51.1 says Printer Error No Kidding.lol
ANSWER : Sometimes turning off and on will allow you to print a few pages. The error is a beam detect error. The only real fix is to replace the laser scanner unit. Could be a loose connector on the scanner or DC controller from the scanner. That’s unlikely. You could try the only other free fix which is to open the scanner assy. and clean all the mirrors inside. The dust could obstruct the laser beam enough to cause the detect error.
