Printers show up under “unspecified” when Windows cannot associate an appropriate driver. ANSWER : I’ve never worked on one of those printers, but I have never, ever seen 1 valid solution for printer repair on fixya.com I read the replies there when I need a good laugh. Makes me wonder what the “techs” on that forum actually do for a living. It certainly couldn’t be printer repair.
