Now this printer supports all the latest operating systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11, Server 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 OS. Most of the RX620 drivers are basic driver. You will have to install it manually.
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & scanners . Make sure your printer is turned on and connected. Then select the Add device (or Refresh) button.
If EpsonNet Setup cannot find your product on a network, try these solutions: Make sure your product is turned on and connected to your network. Verify connection using your product control panel. Check if your network name (SSID) contains non-ASCII characters.
Restart the printer and try again. Unplug the printer from an outlet. You can plug it back in again to see if it works this time. Check if the printer is properly set up or connected to your computer`s system.
Check if the cable is properly connected from the computer to your Epson printer. If you are using wifi, check if the devices are connected to the same network. Check for ink levels or paper jams. Flashing ink out light means low ink.
If you`re using Windows 10, click or tap the “+ Add a printer or scanner” button. No matter if you`re using Windows 11 or Windows 10, the operating system begins “searching for printers and scanners,” and if it manages to find your local printer or scanner, it will try to install its drivers automatically.
The good news is that pretty much any printer purchased within the last four to five years – or any printer that you`ve successfully used with Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 – should be compatible with Windows 10.
Simply plug the USB cable from your printer into an available USB port on your PC, and turn the printer on. On the taskbar, select the Search icon, type Printers in the search bar, and then select Printers & scanners from the search results to open the Printers & scanners system setting.
Make sure the scanner is turned on. Turn off your computer and scanner, then check the USB cable connection between them to make sure it is secure. The scanner may not work properly when your computer is in standby mode (Windows) or sleep mode (Mac OS X). Restart Epson Scan and try scanning again.

Epson Artisan 835 print head cleaning question
ANSWER : I had the same problem. After reading the comments, I tried Liquid Wrench spray. 1st try got about sixty percent improvement. Tried again this time I let it set for about 10 min then did a head cleaning. Completely solved the problem. I am a little concerned about its use on plastic. So far so good.

Paper feeds straight through without printing on an Epson R2400
ANSWER : I was able to get it to print the internal test page by holding down the sheet paper feed button while turning the machine on — then continuing to hold the sheet paper feed button. It took several attempts, feeding a page straight through, but eventually it caught the sheet and printed. So it may be a timing issue as others have mentioned. It could still mean that the feed rollers are worn out. The back side of the large D-shaped feed roller has visible abrasion on it. The abrasion is difficult to see as the roller does not stay with the flat side exposed.
