Make sure the USB cable is connected securely at both ends and meets the requirements. Run a printer check. If the test page prints, make sure your software is installed correctly. Make sure the printer cover is closed.

Make sure that both ends of the USB cable are correctly inserted into the computer and the printer. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable at both ends. Disconnect the printer and the computer and reconnect them. Try another USB port if available.

You may see a “printer offline” error if your computer can`t communicate with your printer. This can be caused by loose cable connections or an outdated printer driver or operating system.

If you try to use the printer after it has been out of use for a long time, it may not print properly even if head cleaning is carried out several times. If this is the case, carry out head flushing. If the print heads are still clogged, leave the printer for about ten minutes, and then print the nozzle check pattern.
