However, simple problems can often be fixed quickly and easily. Some professionals will give you a fixed cost for the job, which may be more cost-effective.
If the paper tears and a piece remains inside the printer, open the Top Cover and remove it. Be careful not to touch the components inside the printer. After removing all paper, close the Top Cover, turn the printer off, and turn it back on. If you cannot pull the paper out, turn the printer off and turn it back on.

A maintenance kit is a set of replacement parts for a printer. Each printer has a preset maintenance interval, which occurs after a certain amount of pages are printed. The fuser unit or fuser is a critical part of any laser printer. Using pressure and heat, it fuses the toner powder onto the page to create a print, and without it, the printer cannot operate.

Need help for cleaning epson r300, have a kit
ANSWER : Don’t worry about the paper towel. Keep the heads as far to the right as you can and the fluid will just go into the waste sponge underneath. There’s nothing you can damage with the fluid. I wouldn’t worry about the pad that got torn. Just insert the syringe in the nozzle and gently push the fluid down into the heads. This site sold tens of thousands of those kits and I guess the instructions were pretty good because there was never a single complaint.
