Small fragments of sticky label material commonly get torn off and stuck within your printer, collecting dust and causing a jam. Shut the printer off, get a flashlight, and try to see inside. Make sure no label fragments have jammed up your printer before proceeding.
1: Check Printer Power, Cables, and Paper

Check that the correct paper is properly loaded into the printer and is not jammed. Replacing damaged cables, plugging in loose or disconnected cables, and fixing paper jams as necessary may resolve the issue.

Epson recommends replacing ink cartridges every six months to ensure quality prints (Image source: The Spectraflow).
All cartridges must be installed with ink for printing and printer maintenance. For print quality, some ink remains in replaced cartridges. Designed for EPSON cartridges only: Other brands of ink supplies are not compatible and, if described as compatible, may not function properly or continuously.
Epson`s new EcoTank pigment ink, DURABrite ET INK, delivers prints that are sharp, clear and water-resistant, even in barcode mode. Ideal for everyday printing, these replacement ink bottles offer high page yields at an affordable cost, with uncompromised print quality.
A piece of paper stuck in the paper tray or inside the printer can create a paper jam. Paper jams can occur for a variety of reasons, such as overloading the paper tray, loading different thicknesses of paper in the tray, or using paper that isn`t appropriate for your particular printer.
Loading paper that is stuck together, frayed, curled or bent can cause a jam. Overloading the paper tray, loading different thicknesses of paper in the tray or using paper that isn`t appropriate for your particular printer can all result in a jammed printer.
If your PC or the LCD screen on your printer is telling you that your ink cartridges are full but no ink is passing through to the paper, then it`s most likely that you are dealing with a clogged printhead. Blurry documents and images that appear faded are also signs that it`s time to remove the excess ink.
The most common reason for that is print head clogging. To improve the situation, you may start a cleaning cycle on your printer (make sure to see the manual for a reference). We recommend our customers running a couple of cleaning cycles before installing a cartridge if they switch to a new ink producer.
There are a few things that could be the cause of this problem, including: Empty ink or toner cartridges that need replacing. Ink or toner cartridges that have become dislodged from their proper place. The wrong paper size loaded in the input tray.

ANSWER : In my case, I have a WorkForce 7620 having this problem too, and there is white post on a sliding plastic bar which is the reason of my sorrow. I cannot move it, and it is getting me so desperate, because it makes the print head get stuck. I try to push it down to get the print head to the right position.
