A1: When an Epson printer is in an error state, it indicates that there is a problem or issue preventing the printer from functioning properly. It could be due to various reasons such as paper jams, connectivity issues, software conflicts, or low ink levels.
Paper is not loaded in the center of the paper tray. When a paper out error occurs although paper is loaded in the paper tray, reload paper in the center of the paper tray.
When the red H ink light flashes, one or more ink cartridges are low on ink. When the red H ink light stays on, you need to replace the cartridge(s). When you print, you`ll also see a message on your screen telling you which cartridge is low or empty.
To make sure the printer is properly connected to the computer or wireless network, check its connectivity. Check the ink levels and replace any low or empty cartridges. Make that the printer driver is installed properly and is current. If not, get the most recent driver from the Epson website and install it.
If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
If you just replaced an ink cartridge and the power light is still flashing after 3 minutes, the cartridge may be installed incorrectly. Reinstall the ink cartridge. Paper is jammed in the product. Remove the jammed paper, and press the B&W copy button or the color copy button to clear the error.
If the scanner light is still flashing red, the scanner may be malfunctioning, or the scanner light source may need to be replaced. Contact Epson for details.

Fixing the 0x0000011b Printing Error on Windows
This error has largely affected Windows 10 computers. To fix the issue, try to install all the pending Windows updates that may include a hotfix. You can also add the printer manually to a local port or edit the registry entry to disable the problematic setting.
This error indicates a table/platen movement problem. The error is most commonly caused when the user presses the flashing green button “before” the printer is in the READY state OR has not been pressed at all before attempting to start a print job.
A `Paper has Jammed` message and light blinks
Remove any ejected paper from the front or back of the printer. Open the paper tray cover. Remove any loose photo paper from the paper tray, and then check for and remove any bent, wrinkled, or torn paper.
If the Error LED is flashing: Check whether paper is jammed. If it is jammed, remove it (Printing stops if the thermal head overheats and resumes automatically when it cools). For other cases, turn the printer off, and after 10 seconds, turn it back on.
To remove dust or smudges, gently wipe the obstacle sensor glass with lens-cleaning paper. To remove stubborn smudges, moisten a soft, lint-free cloth with lens cleaner and gently wipe the obstacle sensor glass. Warning: Do not use a lens cleaner that contains flammable gas.
If the projector`s lamp shuts off, the Status light is flashing blue, and the Temp light is orange, the projector has overheated and shut off.
Make sure your scanner is turned on and any interface cables are securely connected at both ends. Make sure Epson Scan 2 is selected in your scanning program. Make sure your computer is not running in a power-saving mode, such as sleep or standby. If so, wake your system and restart Epson Scan 2.
Factory Reset Epson Printer

Changing the status of the printer:
In the Devices and Printers window right-click or tap and hold on your printer and select See what`s printing. Click or tap the Printer tab, then untick Use Printer Offline from the menu.
