Unfortunately, Costco does not sell printer ink refill kits, but they do sell bottles of printer ink, which you will need as well.
Refilling your empty HP ink cartridges is pretty straightforward and is one of the cost-effective alternatives to buying expensive original HP cartridges every time. To refill your HP ink cartridge, you`ll need to get an ink refill kit which is easily available online. We provide links to the refill kits below.
Alternatively, you can drop off your used cartridges at any major office supply store like Costco®, Staples® or Office Depot®. LD Products accepts recycled cartridges too but we recommend recycling them locally if you can rather than shipping them back to us.
How It Works: Bring any supported empty cartridges* to the Photo Centre at your local Costco. Our high-tech system cleans, refills, and tests your cartridge. Pick up your quality refilled inkjet cartridge.
Costco refills dozens of specific Canon, Dell, HP, and Lexmark cartridges; you can get a list of the models in a paper brochure as well as on Costco`s Website. Prices range from $8 to $10 per refill, which is considerably cheaper than buying a new cartridge.
All ink tank style cartridges can usually be refilled almost indefinitely but the sponges and working components will wear out eventually. All refilling estimates depend on how you care for your cartridge and how quickly you bring it in when it`s empty.
If you`re using a different brand, then it won`t work. You can`t use Canon ink cartridges to replace HP ink cartridges and vice versa. You also can`t interchange different ink cartridge models, even if they are from the same brand. Thus, you can`t use HP 301 inks in an HP 304 printer even if they`ll fit.
Cartridges are supposed to be able to be refilled at least twice before replacement.
Cartridge breakdown – You can only refill your cartridge up to five times. There could be different types of refilled cartridges available in the market, ranging from the ones suitably designed for your printer model to those that claim to be “compatible” with any printer.

Otherwise, you risk expensive damage to your print head and thus to your entire printer. So, the rule here is that you should not use an ink cartridge for more than six months after the expiration date.
During the remanufacturing process, the cartridge is disassembled, extensively cleaned, tested for quality and any worn or damaged internal components are replaced. The cartridge is then carefully reassembled, refilled with ink or toner to the same yield as a name brand cartridge, tested again and brought back to life.
Costco announced the permanent closure of all their instore photo departments effective from 14 February. The instore ink Refilling, passport photos, photo restoration and the YesVideo Home Movie Transfer Services will all close permanently after Sunday, 14 February 2021.
Log in to the web pharmacy and go to the prescription tab. You can click on the `Order refills` button to automatically select all prescriptions that are ready to be refilled.
Refill a cartridge shortly after you notice print quality starting to degrade. Keep a spare set of cartridges for convenience. Protect your cartridges when transporting them to Costco Photo Center for refilling.

ANSWER : Well I just solved my issue with my hp 3310 displaying the ink error code. I held the OK cancel black and color buttons down at same time. And while holding those down hit the power button when machine shut off I released buttons hit power button on it came on and shut off. Hit power button again and it will reset machine and run a maintainace program. When all is done run a print report. Mine works fine. Good luck.

ANSWER : I worked fixing printers for 5 years for Verizon and some of the older printers were notorious for the waste receptacle filling and overflowing with ink. My solution was good old warm water. Remove the waste container and scoop out as much as you can with a small screwdriver, wiping the discard on a paper towel, then just run warm water from the faucet into the container till all the residue is removed. This is just water soluble ink folks, if you want to test it, scoop out a glob and dissolve it in warm water, its easy as pie. I never once bought a new ink discard reservoir. I just cleaned out my mobile 460 printer reservoir by the same method. There are no electrical connections its just all plastic.
