The product is busy. Wait for the power light to stop flashing before turning off the product. If you just replaced an ink cartridge and the power light is still flashing after 3 minutes, the cartridge may be installed incorrectly.

The Power light blinks fast

The Power light blinks at a steady interval when the printer is processing a print job. If the Power light blinks fast, the ink cartridge door might be open, or the printer might be in an error state.

The blinking power light indicates that the unit has a cartridge problem. There could be several reasons for this: 1. Incorrect, defective or swapped cartridges.
Printer detected ink out condition (The lamp on the ink tank flashes). Stop printing, replace the ink tank, and then print again. Be sure to replace the empty ink tank before resuming printing.
When you see a flashing light by data that means that a print job has been released to that printer but is still processing. This typically happens when someone is printing a larger file size job.

ANSWER : Not familiar with that model, but all doors have a peg on each side that go into holes in the frame. Did you try putting one peg in and then flexing the door to get the other one in. Without seeing it, that’s the best I can offer.
