There are numerous possible causes for a printer that`s randomly producing blanks. The most common ones are empty ink cartridges, improper cartridge installation, and congested nozzles. Driver and software issues can sometimes cause this problem as well.
Even if your cartridge is full and ready for action, it may have become slightly dislodged and no longer in full electrical contact with the printer. The easiest way to rectify this potential problem is to simply remove and reinstall the cartridges.
If your printer is running low on ink, it may start printing blank pages. To check your ink levels, go to your printer`s control panel and select the Ink Levels option. Whenever the ink levels are low, replace the cartridges with new ones. You can also try shaking the cartridge gently to redistribute the ink.
Usually a quick paper setting adjustment will clear up a ghosting issue right away. Run a cleaning – Most printers have a cleaning function built into the machine. Run this a couple of times to attempt to clear up the printing issue. Inspect the drum – Sometimes excess toner powder can stick to the drum.
Ink cartridges can dry out over time. If they are sitting in your machine for an extended period, they will eventually dry up and become unusable. The simplest way to combat this problem is by printing more frequently or running regular cleans and ink tests to ensure the nozzles remain clean.
Because running on an empty cartridge for too long can cause your printhead to overheat resulting in irreversible printer damage. Some printers are designed to stop printing when an ink cartridge is empty.
If the printer is printing blank labels check the following: Ensure the correct media combination is used with the printer. [Thermal Transfer labels require ribbon, Direct Thermal labels do not require ribbon.] Incompatible ribbon/label combination can cause blank labels be printed.
If label dimensions are larger than your label (media) size, some printers will print a single label on two papers, leaving the second paper blank. In your Printer Preferences check Print Options > Offset. Accidentally setting offset may cause printing blank labels. Your printhead might be misaligned.
This is usually a problem with drivers. The only way to solve the problem is to install new drivers or update the one you have been using. Usually, weird characters appearing on your printing papers means there is no communication between your printer and the computer it is connected to.
If you get a protected pdf file, it`s possible that `printing` is turned off. If you try to print this page the printer will print our a blank page with no error! If you have the password to the document you can turn printing back on.

Prints blank pages, won't print from computer
ANSWER : Don’t know why you replaced the fuser, but assuming you had print before, then it must have been something you did during the procedure. Only thing I can suggest is to recheck your work. Just because you reinstalled a connector doesn’t mean that it is seated firmly enough to work. Any flat ribbon connectors that you removed and reinstalled, check to see that the contacts are all flat and not peeled back.
