Open the Printer Driver Property by clicking right on the Printer icon and selecting “Properties” from the menu. Click on Printing Preferences button in the “General” tab. Select Advanced tab. Select the required resolution and click OK.
300 PPI is the optimal printing resolution for digital printing presses. changed fusing unit, machine won't power (won't come back on)
ANSWER : You should always change fusers with the power plug pulled. You should check and make sure both ends of the power plug are firmly in. I’ve been on calls where I have found either end not connected. Waste of my time.

Error resolution
ANSWER : You can try to reset it from the service mode. This error usually indicates a problem with the fuser unit or with a sensor that is malfunctioning. To get to service mode:1. press the star button 2. then press 2 and 8 at the same time3. then press the star button again.4. this should put you in service mode. if not you will have to try steps 1-3 again5. once in service mode Select COPIER, this will give you some options along the top.6. in the next list Select FUNCTION7. in the next list select CLEAR.8. finally select ERROR9. press ok.10. Turn off the machine from the power switch11. wait 30 seconds12. Turn the unit back on13. If the error is gone, you will be all set, if not you will need to get the machine serviced to correct it.
