How to Fix Canon MP210: Error Code E3? Apply our solutions for best results Error code E3 stands for paper jam issues. If the paper is jammed in the machine, clear the jam, reload the paper in the device correctly and then press the Black or Color button.
The Canon PIXMA MP210 uses Canon PG-40, Canon CL-41, Canon PG-30, and Canon CL-31 ink cartridges.
Solution. If the orange light is lit and the E03 support code displays on your printer, there is a paper jam. Support codes 1300, 1303, and 1304 also indicate a paper jam.
Canon printers produce error codes for one of several reasons: The settings for your printer might not be compatible with the document you`re trying to print. The loading bay for your paper might have become lodged with paper or you`re using the wrong type of paper.
The cartridges are not interchangeable, so be sure to put the correct cartridge in it`s corresponding slot. Insert the new cartridge into the slot and pull the latch back over the cartridge so it is secure.
If your printer`s status displays “Printer in error state,” there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn`t open and the paper isn`t jammed.
With the printer powered on, select Setup . Select Device settings . Scroll to the bottom of the menu list and select Reset settings.
Initialize the printer settings. Select Device settings > Reset settings > Reset all in the setup menu and then select Yes, restore to default administrator password. After initializing the printer settings, redo setup.

Canon PIXMA MP800 Error 6A00
ANSWER : I also had the 6A00 Error on my aging MX7600. The pushing-the-sponge-down trick did not work for me. What finally did work involved a part just to the right of the sponges that the print head parks over. Its a white plastic piece, Mine was stuck in a forward position. After much poking around in there, I realized that this piece can slide toward the rear of the machine. And for me, that was what had to happen to get past the error message. Just pushed it toward the rear as far as it would go, slide the print head back in place and it finally started up normally again. I hope this helps anyone out there who might still have one of these still working.
