What this means is removing the device from your system, unplugging it, and then reconnecting it again. It`s possible that doing so will fix potential driver issues and allow you to print again.

Open the start menu and select Control Panel > Administrative Tools > and choose the Services icon. Locate the Print Spooler service and right-click. Then select the option to “Stop” the service.

Remove or Uninstall a Printer Driver on Windows

– The printer driver may not be installed correctly. Uninstall and re-install the printer driver. Make sure that there is a direct connection between the printer and USB port of the computer. Reboot the computer with the printer`s USB cable unattached and reconnect the cable once the computer has restarted.
