Go to menu “COPIER->FUNCTION->CLEAR->ALL”. Turn off the printer and on again. You will need to do all the settings again.
With the printer powered on, select Setup . Select Device settings . Scroll to the bottom of the menu list and select Reset settings.
From Windows Start menu, click (All apps, Apps, or All Programs ->) Canon Utilities -> IJ Printer Assistant Tool.
The Maintenance tab allows you to perform printer maintenance or change the settings of the printer. Performs print head cleaning. Print head cleaning removes any blockage in the print head nozzles.
