The Canon 5200 error is often related to the ink levels present in printer cartridges. Turning your printer off and on again can reset the printer`s mechanism for reading ink levels and get you back to printing in no time.
Compared to other brands

Most of Canon`s printers have good photo printing quality, even the budget options. Higher color page yield. While most printers from other brands yield more black pages than color pages, Canon`s printers tend to have a higher color page yield. Many affordable options.

Canon printer error: “Error 5200”

The error 5200 is connected to ink levels and usage within your printer. Issues such as low ink levels, a defective ink cartridge or a dirty printhead can trigger this error.

The 5207 error can be caused by a paper jam. Canon has 2 videos that you can view in regards to resolving paper jam or paper feed issues. Please view the following two troubleshooting videos available from the MAXIFY MB2320`s Support Page: 1.
Action. Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. Plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on. If the problem is not resolved, contact the service center.
The average lifespan of a printer is around 3-5 years. With proper upkeep and maintenance, some printers can last longer, but eventually your machine will need an upgrade.
Inkjet printers typically have a range between 300-720 DPI, while laser printers range from 600-2,400 DPI. If you are printing text or business graphics, don`t worry about DPI. Most printers are designed to handle this type of printing with ease, and you will get high quality prints no matter what printer you own.
If you notice that your print quality is uneven, too light, too dark, or there are vertical or horizontal lines in the print (banding), try these solutions: Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary.
You can run a power ink flushing to replace all of the ink in the ink tubes if necessary. This may improve print quality, but consumes more ink than the head cleaning or powerful cleaning options. This process can take up to 20 minutes.
Ink flush consumes a lot of ink, and the consumed ink is discharged to the maintenance cartridge. If the free space is low, replace it with a new maintenance cartridge. If the available capacity of the maintenance cartridge is low, a message is displayed and ink flush cannot be performed.
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup . Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges. The printer prints a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

Need help
ANSWER : I usually look for screws that might be holding it. If it doesn’t come off after removing the screws, sometimes you have to slide it to remove it. If that doesn’t work, then you get out the small, flat bladed pocket screwdriver. Use it to gently pry around the edges of the panel. Have you tried grabbing the paper clip with some needle nosed pliers? Either that or a small magnet to pull it out. Another possibility would be to hook the clip and pull it out that way.
