“Jam 2-sided” means paper is jammed underneath the paper tray or in the fuser unit.

Common causes of paper jams include: Damaged rollers. Inserting paper that is incompatible with the printer. Loading the paper incorrectly.
Pull the tape cassette straight up from the tape cassette compartment. Some extra length of tape may come out from the tape cassette. Pull the jammed tape slowly to remove it from the printer. If you pulled out excessive length of tape, cut the tape with scissors only when the ink ribbon has not come out.
If the paper is even slightly askew, the rollers will pick it up a little crooked, and — guess what — the crooked sheet will immediately get jammed.
