The message `Fuser Error` or `Self-Diagnostic` means either the fuser has reached the maximum temperature allowed or there has been an error in detection of the correct temperature during specific times of the printing process.
Solution two: Reset the printer and then wait 25 minutes
Follow these steps to turn off the printer and allow the fuser to cool before printing again. Press the Power button to turn off the printer. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. Wait at least 25 minutes, and then reconnect the power cord.
The fuser unit is a consumable item that requires periodic replacement. After you have printed approximately 100,000 pages (letter or A4 size paper), the message `Replace Fuser` will appear on the LCD display. NOTE: The actual number of printed pages will vary depending on the print jobs and paper you use.
Streaking, smudging, black lines, and double images are all symptoms of a bad fuser. When you notice these printing defects and experience problems, such as paper jams or wrinkles, this is a good sign to replace the fuser kit.
Fuser Units
The coating wears off and causes the toner to not fuse properly. There are replacement rollers and sleeves on the market that you can replace and turn a non-functional fuser into a good working one. Rebuilding fuser assemblies is not a new thing.
A fuser unit is a pair of heated rollers within the printer that fuses the toner onto the paper being printed on. Toner particles are pulled to the paper to create the desired text and images as the paper passes the imaging drum.
As print quality goes down over time, this will be a reason to replace the color printer. We find a black and white printer can sometimes last 10 years or more and most color laser printers are replaced every 3 to 5 years.
The fuser unit must be replaced every 100,000 pages, usually along with the transfer belt and feed rollers as part of a maintenance kit. The error code 010-351 indicates that the fuser has reached 75,000 pages and as a result has 25% life or less remaining.

ANSWER : Just googled this problem and delved into the innards of the machine. Lo and behold, there was a piece of paper stuck there and I have removed it (with difficulty). So it wasn’t “back cover” at all (which I kept on banging shut of course!). Misleading!

Brother Intellifax 4750e 77 error
ANSWER : I just received a used fax machine from a school district that recently purchased a new one. Everything is fine except the indicator light is not lit. It runs perfectly, I just can’t read anything on the screen. Also, is there any way I can get a manual other than printing it. There are 156 pages and I will run out of toner or paper, or both. ANSWER : I have a MFC-9325cw. I had the fuser and PF kit replaced but the person who replaced it did not reset the life counters for these parts. Brother was NO HELP whatsoever! I found this blog: http://yannickdekoeijer.blogspot.com/2014/11/how-to-reset-consumables-like-toners.html and also found the answer to my problem! Press #3 and #9 at the same time. Use the arrows to scroll through the menu to find the correct part and click OK, click #1 to reset.

Error Code 51.1 says Printer Error No Kidding.lol
ANSWER : Sometimes turning off and on will allow you to print a few pages. The error is a beam detect error. The only real fix is to replace the laser scanner unit. Could be a loose connector on the scanner or DC controller from the scanner. That’s unlikely. You could try the only other free fix which is to open the scanner assy. and clean all the mirrors inside. The dust could obstruct the laser beam enough to cause the detect error.
