CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the colour space for printed materials, so you should be using the CMYK colour profile for any design that will be physically printed.
In the Print dialog box, select “More options” and choose “Color Management.” You will have the choice to enable or disable the color management feature.
Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. The ink cartridges may be old or low on ink, and you may need to replace them. Your printed colors can never exactly match your on-screen colors.
Stop the print spooler, delete print job files, and then restart the computer and the printer. Turn off the printer, and then unplug the power cord. In Windows, search for and open Services. In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler, and then click Stop.
Printers are configured in the Printers section of the Windows Control Panel. Printer Settings: Displays the printer settings window associated with the selected printer. The desired paper size, among other settings, can be selected in the printer settings window.
Select Start > Settings . Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage. Then select Set as default.
CMYK Code (Process Color)
This color type is also meant for printing purposes. CMYK colors are achieved by superimposing series of dots in the 4 basic colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and blacK) to create different final colors.
Both of these color modes mix colors to create different color possibilities. The main difference is what they are generally used for in design: RGB is the color mode best for digital designs and CMYK is best for printing.

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black respectively. If your printer is printing in blue it is out of yellow ink. and if only cyan or light blue is printing red is also over. Get your cartridge replaced or refilled the printer will start printing properly.
A printer printing lines on the page are normally caused by a blocked, dirty, or damaged print head. Blocked ink cartridge nozzles, or not removing protective seals correctly when you installed a new ink cartridge can also cause missing lines of print.
After all, colors will pop more against a rich black than they will against gray. When you order full color print, we recommend using 80% cyan, 80% magenta, 80% yellow, and 95% black to ensure that your black appears as dark and rich as possible.
First, check your printer settings on the file or picture your trying to print. If your page is setup to print in “grayscale” it will only print in black and white. Change the setting to “default” so it will print in color. If your settings look good from the start, the cartridge may just need to be primed.
A print queue is a list of printer output jobs held in a reserved memory area. It maintains the most current status of all active and pending print jobs.
The queue is waiting for confirmation from the printer that the job is complete. Most printers do not have the ability to send the confirmation.
Fix 2: Use the Command Prompt to Clear the Print Queue
Press Windows key + X. In the Command Prompt (Admin) window, type net stop spooler and hit enter on your keyboard. This will switch off the print spooler. Type “del C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS* /Q” (without the quotes) and press the Return key.

Go to Layout > Orientation, and then select Landscape.
Reset. Resetting the printer stops printing and clears the current print job received from the active interface. You may want to reset the printer when there is a problem with the print job itself and the printer cannot print successfully.

ANSWER : Have absolutely no idea what kind of machine you have so here’s the generic answer. Big copy glass, little copy glass to the left of it. Take window cleaner, put it on paper towel, clean little glass.

ANSWER : Take out the toner cartridge and look at the drum. If you see the line, replace the cartridge. If you don’t, then you need to replace the fuser assembly.

ANSWER : Looks like a bad wiper blade in the toner cartridge. They are rubber and with age. Their function is to clean off residue toner on the drum, similar to a windshield wiper blade cleaning off rain drops.

when printing front and back, the front will print well but the back will fade
ANSWER : It happens because second side voltage is much higher and the board breaks. Are you getting this issue in auto duplex only, or same error you are getting when you print second side manually?
