ERROR 13 – Paper Jam.
Error 13 typically means there is a network connection issue to the target machines.
The 13.02 error message indicates that paper did not clear the top of page sensor (PS103) within the specified amount of time allotted by the DC Controller. This sensor is located underneath the registration assembly. The jam message may vary depending on the location of the page or pages that may be jammed.
This means the scanner is not communicating with the scale. Make sure that there is nothing plugged into the Scale RS232 to Host port.
This jam occurs when residual paper is detected at the Tray 2 feed sensor (SR11). Open Tray 2, remove any jammed paper, and then close the tray. Open and close the upper right door to allow the printer to attempt to clear the jam.
Once the printer believes the cartridge has run out of ink you will be presented with either the E13 message or the E16 message that indicates that you need to change the ink cartridge. If this message is being displayed on your printers screen then your printer will stop printing and scanning.

When a 13. E1. D2 Error appears on the control panel, it indicates there is jam because the paper cannot exit the printer. This might be caused by damage to the output bushing.
A 13. C3. A2 paper jam error appears on the control panel when paper is jammed before it exits the printer, or as it enters the stapler/stacker. Check the printer for jammed paper and clear the jam, if needed.
Error 61. B5. 13: The duplex diverter motor stalled while moving towards the airflow assembly. Open the left door and check behind the duplex guide for any paper, paper remnants or other debris.
If you start getting error code 0x0000011b after installing the latest Windows updates, uninstall them and see if that helps. Many Windows 11 users confirmed that uninstalling KBKB5005565 and KB5005568 resolved the issue.
The only permanent solution to the 0x0000011B error is to install the latest Windows Update which fixes the issue. For now, you can try uninstalling the update or disabling the problematic security feature from the Registry. Other workarounds include installing the printer manually.
The error is 13.02. 00 indicating it isn`t reaching the top cover sensor. The paper is getting stuck at the fuser, and the fuser is leaving a very noticeable indentation mark.
For example; a 13. A2. D2 indicates that the paper jammed before reaching the tray 2 feed sensor when pulling paper from tray 2. In this case you would look for any jammed paper in or behind tray 2.
It means that the high limit or flame rollout switch is open. This can lead to error code 13, Limit Circuit Lockout. Error 13 means that the limit or flame rollout has been open for more than 3 minutes. To address this issue, we need to ensure the furnace has proper air flow, and increase it if necessary.

Error Code 51.1 says Printer Error No Kidding.lol
ANSWER : Sometimes turning off and on will allow you to print a few pages. The error is a beam detect error. The only real fix is to replace the laser scanner unit. Could be a loose connector on the scanner or DC controller from the scanner. That’s unlikely. You could try the only other free fix which is to open the scanner assy. and clean all the mirrors inside. The dust could obstruct the laser beam enough to cause the detect error.

ANSWER : Basically this kind of error caused by loss of voltage on print head. If this is the case then I suggest to buy a new printer rather than replace print head. Print head might be too costly.

ANSWER : Magenta laser error. The spinning motor bearings cause the squeal and that slows it down causing the error. You could try opening it and lubricating the motor shift with a drop of synthetic lubricant. Do not use more than a drop.
